Get close to nature and experience
Fascinating Dissection
Are you curious about animal anatomy? On Monday, April 15 at 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM, you can experience a live dissection of birds and fish in our "Himmelrum." An expert nature guide will offer unique insights into the inner workings of these animals, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about life in the Wadden Sea. Perfect for children and adults alike!
More Exciting Experiences During the Easter Holidays
In addition to the dissection, you can join a guided tour through our new exhibition, "Wadden Sea Expedition," where you'll discover the unique nature and wildlife of the Wadden Sea. Entry is free if you have purchased your tickets through this website.
You can also join our seal safari to observe fascinating seals in their natural habitat, or explore marine life up close on our tidal tours.
For younger visitors, there’s fun to be had in our migratory bird room, where children can fold their own bird—an ideal souvenir of an educational day.

After a day full of experiences, you can enjoy a delicious lunch in our café. We offer a children's menu for our youngest guests, while adults can indulge in tasty dishes. Our shop is also open if you’d like to bring home a souvenir from your visit.
