We meet at the Wadden Sea Centre, where we get ready to go to Mandø. It will be possible to borrow a bicycle if you do not bring your own. From the Wadden Sea Center we start our approx. 6 km long bike ride to Mandø. We cycle approx. 10 km on the island with stops and narration along the way.
The flat marsh landscape is an exciting area and contains many stories about people and nature and . We cycle along the sea dyke and pass, among other things, Mandø City, the lock, a nature restoration project. On the trip, we may be lucky to see waders and ducks, as well as birds of prey in search of prey. We also take a break along the way, where we can enjoy the coffee and cake the natureguide have brought with him/her.
