From the busstop at Mandø we walk approx. 3 km along the dyke and out across the seabed to the seal bank, where "Jørgens Lo" - a water channel of approx. 300 meters wide - separates us from the seals' sandbar. The seal bank is one of the largest breeding banks in the Wadden Sea National Park. Around 200 seals typically lie and rest here. We bring telescopes so we can get "right up close" to the seals without disturbing them in their natural behavior. The most curious of the seals might come close, in the water right in front of us...

All participants must be able to walk at least 6 km without difficulty.
