Experience Mandø - a tidal island
The Wadden Sea Center organizes many trips to Mandø, where you can experience the special atmosphere and the absolutely fantastic nature. The trip to the island must be done according to the tide, as the road to the island is not always passable.
Mandoe Oyster (4-5 km)
During this oyster tour we will walk between 4 km and 5 km, so most from the age of 8 can participate. We will meet at the Wadden Sea Center for a short introduction to the tour. From here you drive in your own cars over Låningsvejen to Mandø to pick oysters. Låningsvejen is a road which is flooded at high tide.
